We build the system that fills a kitchen and bath showroom's design
calendar — and follows every quote through to signature.

Where the funnel bleeds.
Four specific places, in the order they cost you money.
Showroom traffic is unattributed. Someone walks in, buys a $90,000 kitchen, and no system records what brought them.
Booked design appointments are missed, and the miss is absorbed rather than measured.
Sample and quote follow-up depends on whichever person remembers.
The cycle runs three to nine months, so a stalled quote looks identical to a slow one.
The four stages.
Each stage carries the same three parts, in the same order: what we build,
what you see, and what we measure.
01
Demand
What we build
Search, local and paid social built around the towns your installers already drive to. Campaign structure follows your service area, not a national template. Landing pages carry the showroom, not a lead form.
What you see
Every source named in one place, with spend and what it produced. No blended number that hides the channel doing the work.
What we measure
cost per booked design appointment, by source.
02
Qualification
What we build
A qualification step between the enquiry and the calendar: budget range, timeline, scope and whether the homeowner owns the property. It runs the same way every time, whoever picks up.
What you see
Which enquiries qualified, which did not, and why. The ones you turned away are as visible as the ones you booked.
What we measure
qualified rate, and the share of appointments that arrive pre-qualified.
03
Design appointment
What we build
Confirmation and reminder sequences over email and text, running from the moment the slot is taken to the morning of the visit. Rescheduling is one tap, so a moved appointment stays an appointment.
What you see
The week ahead, and what happened to last week: kept, moved, or missed.
What we measure
appointment-kept rate.
04
Follow-through
What we build
Follow-up sequences for samples out and quotes issued, on a schedule that matches a three-to-nine-month cycle. Each one ends in a decision: signed, or a clean no with a reason.
What you see
Every open quote, how old it is, and what the next touch is.
What we measure
quote-to-signed rate, and cost per signed job.
What we don't do.
We do not sell leads, and we do not resell anyone else’s.
We do not run campaigns we cannot attribute to a booked appointment.
We do not write content for rankings. If a page does not help a homeowner decide or help you sell, it does not get written.
We do not take a client whose problem is capacity rather than demand. More enquiries would make that worse.
Reporting
What you get every week.
One page, the same six blocks every week, sent the same morning. This is
the deliverable, not a sample of one.
01
Spend and source
What went out, by channel, and what each one produced.
02
Booked design appointments
The count, and the cost per booked appointment by source.
03
Kept and missed
Last week’s appointments, kept or missed, with the reason where we have one.
04
Open quotes
Every quote still live, its age, and the next scheduled touch.
05
Signed
What closed, and the cost per signed job against it.
06
What we are changing
One or two specific changes for the coming week, and why.
Book a 30-minute diagnostic.
Thirty minutes on your pipeline — where leads come from, how many become
kept design appointments, and what happens to a quote after the showroom
visit. If we are not a fit, we will say so on the call.
